Very mild sweet on the palate with a mild apple aroma. Finish displays almost no bitterness, very mild pepper, use liberally on salads, chargrilled fish and vegetables. excellent all around oil
AUSTRALIAN NEVADIO BLANCO
Pressed within hours of harvesting, this medium intensity olive oil is excellent for cooking with. This has the stone fruits ie. peach & apricot flavors with slight almond notes. Moderate pepper & bitterness finish.
CHILEAN ORGANIC PICUAL~ HIGHEST POLYPHENOLS
Notes: True european style extra virgin olive oil with strong bold peppery flavor with a strong bitterness on the finish. This oil is our most healthiest to date, it has a 600 Polyphenol count and 81 Oleic count so it will last! Strong green grass and herbs on the nose, excellent grassy flavor.
