The bourbon caramel makes a wonderful topping for bread pudding, apple crisp, pecan pie, banana cream pie, hot buttered rum, chocolate tarts, glazed meats (like salmon and ham), and baked brie.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Cream, Butter, Bourbon Whiskey (less than 2%), Sea Salt, and Vanilla Extract. Gluten free. Shelf stable; best stored at room temp. Has a 6 month shelf life once opened.
