Garlic Fused Olive Oil

This highly flavorful olive oil is made annually in Greece by crushing freshly harvested Koroneiki olives with whole garlic cloves.  It's delicious on pasta, potato, rice, and poultry dishes.  Can be used cold as a finishing oil or when sauteing or roasting meats and veggies.  Pairs well with our Aged Traditional Dark Balsamic or our Sicilian Lemon or Jalapeno White Balsamics.
