Our Lemon Fused Olive Oil is produced by pressing whole Interdonato lemons together with early harvest Greek olives. The light, refreshing flavor of Lemon Fused Olive Oil is just perfect for sautéing shrimp, scallops, and green vegetables or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Wonderful in a vinaigrette for salads and tossed with pasta and couscous or quinoa salads. Pairs well with Elderflower, Fig, Lavender, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Wild Blueberry Balsamics.
