Navidi's Blue on Bleu Salad

Serves 6-8


• 5-6 cups spring greens, washed and spun dry

• 1 pint fresh blueberries

• 4 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled

• 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

• 1 pint grape tomatoes

• 3 blood oranges, peeled and supremed

• 1/4 cup Navidi's Wild Blueberry Balsamic

• 1/2 cup Navidi's Blood Orange Olive Oil

• salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: On salad plates, assemble salad by plating greens first and then topping with fruit, cheese, tomatoes, and onions.  Make the vinaigrette by whisking together Navidi's Wild Blueberry Balsamic, Blood Orange Olive Oil, and salt and pepper to taste.  Drizzle vinaigrette over each salad plate, serve, and enjoy!  In lieu of blood oranges, navel oranges or mandarin oranges also work nicely.
