Navidi's Caribbean Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
• 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch sticks
• 4 Tablespoons Navidi's Coconut White Balsamic
• 4 Tablespoons Navidi's Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• pepper, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 375F. Place sweet potatoes on a heavy-duty rimmed sheet pan. Drizzle with Navidi's Coconut Balsamic and Cilantro & Onion Olive Oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt. Add pepper. Roast potatoes approx. 40-50 minutes or until tender, flipping with a spatula every 10-15 minutes for an overall crispness. Enjoy! Note: If you want your sweet potato fries spicy, you can substitute our Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil for the Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil, or sprinkle with some cayenne in addition to the cinnamon.
