Navidi's Coconut-Lime Shrimp
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Navidi's Coconut White Balsamic
• 1/4 cup Navidi's Persian Lime Olive Oil
• 1 small chili of your choice, finely chopped
• 1 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
• 1 Tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
• 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
• sea salt, to taste
• freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°. Combine Navidi's Coconut Balsamic, Persian Lime Olive Oil, chilies, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a shallow dish. Marinate shrimp in mixture for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from dish, and place on lightly-oiled baking dish and bake for 5 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. Note: You can also grill shrimp on pre-soaked skewers for 2-3 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. Enjoy!
