Navidi's Cranberry-Orange Champagne Spritzer
• 12 oz. champagne/sparkling wine
• 2-3 Tablespoons Navidi's Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
• 2 oz. sparkling water
• 1/8 cup fresh cranberries
• 2-4 pieces of mandarin orange peel
Directions: Chill two champagne flutes. Toss a handful of fresh cranberries into chilled glasses. Into each glass, pour 6 oz. champagne, 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons Navidi's Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, and 1 oz. (2 Tablespoons) sparkling water. Stir. Using vegetable peeler, peel off 1-2 pieces of fresh mandarin orange rind and drop into glass. Enjoy!
