Navidi's Healthier Mayonnaise

Navidi's Healthier Mayonnaise    

• 1/2 cup Navidi's Persian Lime Olive Oil

• 1 /2 cup neutral oil (like grapeseed or safflower)

• 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice    

• 2 medium garlic cloves, minced

• 1 egg yolk

• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:  Pulse garlic and salt in food processor.  Add egg yolk and lime juice. With motor running, slowly add neutral oil and then olive oil in thin stream.  Taste and add more salt in necessary.  Enjoy!
