The result is a green-tasting, wonderfully peppery & herbal oil with notes of citrus, pine, and mint. Our Sage Olive Oil is excellent with poultry, pork (especially sausage), lamb, pasta, gnocchi, risotto and rice pilafs, and potatoes and other root veggies.
