Silagy Sauce Heliotrope IPA Habanero Sauce

This special batch sauce combines Silagy Sauce's Roasted Habanero Sauce and Kulshan Brewing Co.'s Heliotrope IPA .  The Bellingham, WA-made IPA has delicious notes of grapefruit, mango, and peaches that really complement the fresh-roasted habanero peppers.  Bright and bold with a hint of sweetness, it's a hot sauce you'll want to put on everything.  3 out of 5 peppers on the spice meter!

Ingredients: Roasted fresh peppers, beer (malt, hops, white wheat, yeast, water), vinegar, water, onions, carrots, spices, fresh garlic, salt, xanthan gum.   Vegan.
