Navidi's Chipotle Hummus

Navidi's Chipotle Hummus


• Three 15.5 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained

• 1/3 cup Navidi's Chipotle Olive Oil

• 1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/4 cup tahini

• 2 large cloves garlic, chopped

• 1 Tablespoon ground cumin

• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions: Place all of the ingredients into a food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until smooth.  Serve with mixed veggies or lightly salted pita chips for dipping.  Enjoy!
