Navidi's Hazelnut & Cinnamon-Pear Granola
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs rolled oats
• 2 cups sliced almonds
• 2 cups dried unsweetened coconut flakes
• 2 cups dried cranberries
• 1 cup pumpkin seeds
• 2/3 cup Navidi's Hazelnut Oil
• 1/2 cup Navidi's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
• 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 Tablespoon orange extract
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• fresh ground pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Mix oats with Navidi's Hazelnut Oil and hazelnut butter and bake on a sheet pan for about 15 min, stirring every few minutes. Then add all ingredients to oat mixture EXCEPT the dried fruit and return to oven, baking for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly, until nicely toasted and golden. Remove from oven and mix in dried fruit. Enjoy with milk or yogurt in the morning or out of your hand as a tasty snack!
